CTV Logistica Srl protects corporate transparency and integrity.

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), CTV Logistica Srl has established confidential reporting systems aimed at ensuring the protection of those who report illegal behavior or violations of national and European law, ensuring maximum confidentiality and protection of personal data.

Who can report

They can report employees, collaborators, suppliers, consultants, volunteers, interns, shareholders, and individuals with administrative, control, or supervisory functions. Admissible reports concern violations of the law, conduct contrary to Model 231, crimes, acts likely to damage the integrity, transparency, and fairness of the company, or acts provided for by European legislation.

What to report

  • Violations of national or EU regulations relevant to the company
  • Conduct contrary to Model 231
  • Acts, omissions, or events that compromise integrity and transparency

How to report

  • In writing: Sealed envelope containing identification details and document, additional envelope containing the subject of the report, all placed in a third envelope marked “confidential to the CTV LOGISTICA Supervisory Board.” To be sent to the Supervisory Board, Attn: Simone Dal Pozzo, Via Tripio 71, 66016 Guardiagrele (CH), without sender details.

Protection of confidentiality

  • The identity of the person making the report, the person reported, and any third parties mentioned in the reports is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.
  • Only persons authorized and trained to handle reports may access identification data, where necessary.
  • All data processed is stored and protected in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
  • Confidentiality is also guaranteed when external suppliers are used.
  • Any retaliatory, discriminatory, or penalizing action against the whistleblower and those who assist them is prohibited.
  • The Data Controller is CTV Logistica Srl.

Management timelines

  • Receipt of report: notification within 7 days
  • Feedback on activities carried out: within 3 months

To exercise your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection), please write to privacy@ctvlogistica.it.

External reporting

Anyone who believes they have not received an adequate response or fears retaliation can submit a report to ANAC via a dedicated online platform (https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing), telephone service, or in person.
